Most of these courses are subsidized by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority. Our company also offers the innovative service of Independent Second Party Audits and OPTIMization Audits for our clients business, or to prospective suppliers of our clients on behalf of our clients.     Due to our commitment to the high quality of services we offer, we were awarded in October 2006 with the GRANT SCHEME FOR YOUNG ENTREPRENEURSHIP and our company was granted a subsidy from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.   Our philosophy is the development of a number of selected collaborations that will allow us to offer our client the best service on various areas.   Therefore, through a successful course of constant improvement OPTIMUM developed strategic collaborations, with other companies such as KNOWLEDGE that is specializing in training and consultancy services mainly for Marketing and Sales and also Human Resource Management, leadership and Team Building.     With our high level of expertise and Know – How OPTIMUM can identify its clients needs, give the correct advice and extract the optimum result, gaining in this way the confidence and trust of its clients.
